The “Community as a Campus” (CAAC) initiative is a collaborative educational effort in Chicago’s Humboldt Park neighborhood, aiming to establish a comprehensive educational pipeline from Pre-K through higher education. Anchored by the Puerto Rican Cultural Center (PRCC), the initiative seeks to enhance educational outcomes and community engagement by integrating local schools, community organizations, and residents.
